Fit4Life is an initiative by Athletics Ireland to provide an opportunity for recreational runners/joggers both male and female to train under the guidance of specially trained Fit4Life Leaders. Runners/joggers will have a support structure where they can enjoy all the benefits of running in a social, safe and organised environment.
Fit4Life Benefits
Our members get a lot out of Fit4Life. There are the obvious health benefits. But what they also get is a huge sense of achievement, and a sense of belonging with like-minded people who want to get out there and feel good about themselves through physical exercise.
